Writing services need writers, so who do they have working at MyBestAssignments? At time of writing, there are around 50 writers on their team, 11 of whom are based in the UK. 19 have Masters degrees and 6 have PhDs. That’s a very small team to have on a student writing service. When busy times roll around, will you be able to get a writer on time for your essay, or will you have to wait?

Company trust

Any good writing service should have a privacy policy. This tells you whether the company can be trusted with your data, and helps you ensure that it won’t be sold off to anyone else. At the bottom of the home page here, there’s a link for a privacy policy. However, it just bounces you back up to the top of the page. There’s no other trust signals like a physical address too, so these are all quite obvious warning signs that something isn’t right.

Quality

Can this service write essays that you can use? Can you get the grades you need with them? We’ve been looking into what the writers here can do, by looking at their past work and seeing what their past customers have been saying about them.
It’s become clear that there’s an issue with quite basic mistakes being made in their texts. For example, many times basic spelling and grammatical errors have been made in their work, meaning students have to send it back to be edited before it can be used. This delays students in using the work they pay for.

There’s a customer service team ready to help you with your order, whether you’re thinking of ordering or you already have an order in progress. They’re available by phone, live chat or email. Some customers have reported that there seems to be misunderstandings with the refund process. The policy seems to be stricter than advertised, making it much harder to get your money back if you need it.
