The writers are the backbone of any writing service. They need to be numerous and knowledgeable in their subjects. Is this the case here? At time of writing there are around 75 writers on staff, 15 of whom are based in the UK. 21 of that number have Masters degrees, and 10 have PhDs. We were surprised by how few of the writers are actually based in the UK, when the service itself is billed as a British one.
