The first thing to look at here is the writers that this service hires. They say they’re UK based PhD qualified writers, but is that true?
At the moment, they have around 50 writers on their staff, and 8 of these are UK based. Of that total number of writers, 14 have Masters degrees and 4 have PhDs.
As you can see, while they do have UK based writers and PhD qualified writers, they are a small fraction of the writers that are on staff. You do want an expert to handle your paper, so seeing this is discouraging.
