Looking at samples of their work online, there are some glaring errors that should have been rectified before the customer got the work. For example, many essays had issues with their bibliographies. These need to contain all the works cited in text, but many weren’t complete. Some were even missing entirely. These count towards the final grade, so having them be incomplete is something that should not be happening.
