Writers
There are just under 50 academic writers on the staff of Top Essay currently. Of that number, 6 are from the UK. 10 have Masters Degrees, and 3 have PhDs. That’s not a large number of writers on staff, and when it’s crunch time at university, there could be a long waiting list. That’s the last thing you want if you’re in a hurry.

Company trust
A good sign you can trust a writing company is that they list their physical address on their website. This shows they’re an officially listed company, and are dedicated to providing the service you pay for. Top Essay does not list theirs on their site, and so that makes us suspicious. If they won’t do that, can they be trusted with your money?

Quality
To test the quality of the writing on offer, we made several orders so we could compare them. When we got them, we found that the essays overall were very poorly written. A couple had clearly plagiarised sections, and one was even clearly a resale of a previously written essay. This was very disheartening to see. If their writing is so bad, then it’s just not worth ordering with them and risking your grades.

Prices will always vary, but we can give you an average price. A 2 page undergraduate essay, to be delivered within 10 days, will cost you £75 GBP with Top Essay. There is a 10% discount for being a new customer. There are also no additional services on offer. This price is incredibly high, and for what you’re getting, it’s not even worth it.

If you want to get in touch, it’s very easy to do so. You can get in contact with customer services if you’re thinking about ordering and have questions, or if you’re waiting on an order. However, we found the quality of customer service to be very low. It was hard to get answers about our essays, and it could take a while for someone to get back to us with them. If you need someone to talk to in a hurry, you’re out of luck.
