Who are the writers here? There are around 50 writers, and they are all educated to at least university bachelor’s degree level. There are 13 writers with masters level degrees, and4 with PhDs. What we found interesting though, was the fact that only 8 of the writers are actually from the UK. As the site is billed as a UK business, that’s something you may not realise until you place your order.

There are so many sites out there that don’t respect your privacy. That’s why you have to be certain that ProEduConsultants will take yours seriously. There’s plenty of things on any website that will tell you if they’re genuine or not. For example, the physical address of a company is a sign that they’re real. There’s nothing like that here, just a line in their FAQ about privacy. That’s something, but it’s not enough to go on.

Quality
This site looks good so far, but you really need to know if they can write excellent essays. Are they the best when it comes to putting out high grading essays? You can check out samples of their work online, so that’s what we did.
It was clear right away that not all their writers were experts. There seems to be a real issue with completing citations in essays. When they’re not done properly, then your essay’s grade will suffer. Many weren’t implemented correctly, and in some cases the wrong citation style was used. That shows that some writers here aren’t familiar with how citations are used, something they really should be if they’re writing university level essays.

When looking around at academic writing sites, you would expect to see price calculators, or pricing guides, available on them. That’s not something that you can get here. If you want to get a price, you’ll need to get in touch and start the order process so you can see the price of your work. If you’re a first-time customer, you can get 30% off that price. There are no additional services available, however.

Customer service
When you need help, you can talk to the customer service team. They’re ready to give you a hand, whatever you need from them. There’s multiple different ways you can get in touch, too. When you do talk to them though, you’ll see that the team aren’t actually based in the UK. This creates a language barrier, so you’ll need to be prepared for this.
