This semester I ended up picking classes that all had deadlines for papers at the same time. I knew I wouldn’t be able to handle that much work, so I decided to do the same and gave Paper Writer a try.
Who Writes Your Paper
When I first logged on, this seemed like a big company, who presumably had lots of staff to handle all kinds of work. In fact, there are less than 50 writers, and only six of them are from the UK. I did not pay for my paper to be written by a non-native English speaker, as the level of English was just not good enough for university level. The writers are all advertised as having high level degrees and qualifications, when in reality only 12 have a masters and only 3 have a PhD – this is worrying as the website offers hundreds of subject, and services to write all of them at a university, master’s or PhD level – when the staff clearly aren’t qualified.

Can You Trust The Business?
I had reservations when I made my order, as while they say the payment is secure, the normal certifications you see when you pay online aren’t there, so I was a little worried. Plus, there are no promises that your information won’t be sold to third parties, and they admit that they do store your details. They say it’s secure but there are no details about how it’s kept secure. There’s nothing here to make me feel like this is a business I can trust. I got a lot of spam in my inbox after signing up – which could be as a result of this website giving out my details.

Quality of Written Work
The essay was bad, there’s no other way of putting it. The level of language was low and the content was so general I felt I’d been resold a generic essay. I’ve looked into the site and other people have checked their essays and the plagiarism levels are really high – there’s a huge chance you’ll be resold an old essay on a similar topic.

Prices
I paid £30 for a 2-page essay, and that was with a 15% discount. At the time I thought I’d got a great deal for a 2:1 standard paper, and was just benefiting from having a deadline of 10 days rather than really soon. In reality, I now realise that the price was way too low for a decent paper, and I’d wasted my money.

Customer service
The people I finally got through to did not speak good English at all so it was hard to express my complaint, and they didn’t seem to understand my issues. The sales team before I booked was better, but I think their system is more automated. I wanted a refund, but have been unsuccessful, as there are strict rules for a refund, or even just revisions to the paper.
