You need excellent writers to write excellent papers, so who’s working here? Right now, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 6 of whom are from the UK. Of that number, there are 14 with Masters degrees and 5 with PhDs. We were hoping to see more writers with higher level degrees, as that means they have even more expertise in their subjects. That seems to be a shame as you can’t tell if you’re going to get a real expert writing for you.

Are you sure you can trust this service? When you order a paper, you’re handing over a good amount of your private data. You need to be certain that you’re going to be safe with them. The best way to find out is to look at the trust signals they’re offering you. Here on the site, you’ll see both a physical address for them and a privacy policy. These both indicate that this is a legit business you can trust.

Quality
This is probably the most important part of this review. The service may look good, but they need the skills to back that up. Are they able to give you what you need in terms of essay writing? We’ve been checking out samples of their work to get a clearer idea of who they are and what they do.
What we saw wasn’t encouraging. It was clear that some of the writers weren’t well versed in putting together essays. Ideas would be good in theory, but they weren’t written in a clear and organised way. Essays were also missing vital components, such as title pages and other aspects that should always be included.

With most essay writing services, you’ll see that there’s a price calculator on the site, so you can see how much you’ll pay before you put in an order. That isn’t present here, making it harder to get an idea of pricing. There is a 50% discount for brand new customers, but there are no additional services available to you.

If you ever need help with an order there’s a customer service team ready to help you with anything you need. You can contact them in several different ways, no matter what time of day. Customers have discovered that this team is actually based in another country, and there’s a language barrier that does make communication difficult.
