To be a good editor, you’ve got to be a good writer. Who’s working at this service? At time of writing, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 5 of whom are based in the UK. There are 11 writers with Masters degrees and 3 with PhDs. That’s very few UK based writers that are able to help you. You can’t be sure that you’re going to get a good editor if this is what the numbers are like.

This company sells itself as an excellent editing service, but how can you be sure? You have to talk to the people who have used them before. We’ve found previous customers who have a lot to say about their experience here.
They told us that in most cases, the work they had edited wasn’t the standard they were expecting. When they went back through their work, they saw that basic errors had been left in the text. It was obvious that enough care and attention had been put into editing their essays.

However, there’s no way of doing this on this website. You will have to put an order through before you’ll get a price. You can get a first-time customer discount of 50%, but there are no additional services on offer.

As you would expect, there’s a customer support team ready to help you with anything that you may need. They’re available 24/7, so you can in touch whenever you need to. Be aware though, the refund policy is stricter than advertised. We had many customers tell us their requests for refunds were rejected, even though they thought they were entitled to it.
