Who are the writers creating essays here? Right now, there are just under 75 writers on staff, 14 of whom are from the UK. There are 37 writers with Masters degrees and 15 with PhDs. That’s a good number of writers to have, and there’s lots of higher-level writers. The only problem we see is that there’s less UK native writers there than we would like.

There are some concerns when it comes to company trust here. Taking a look at the site, you’ll see that there’s no physical address for the company, something that would show you if they’re a legit company or not. There’s also no privacy policy laid out, so you can’t see what they would do with your data. It’s important that you know how they use your data, so the fact this is missing is a problem.

We saw many examples of writing being less than ideal, something that obviously will be a problem for you. For example, there were lots of incidences of citations not being implemented properly. Sometimes the wrong citation style was used, or the citation wasn’t put in at all. When citations aren’t used correctly, that does mean that your grade will go down significantly.
