From 10/2020 up to today’s date (12/11/2022) Essay Vertex refuse to refund my money paid into their account throughout PayPal for a piece of work that they failed to put things straight. All I am asking for is my refund of £305 GBP you own me. I am not even asking for any compensation or emotional stress. Guys, avoid this Company, it is not trustworthy for business.
Essay Vertex is not a trustworthy body, I am still challenging them to get my refund after 13 months of pain, agony, emotional distress and anxiety.
I contracted their service to provide a piece of work and instead, I have been gone through hell, as Essay Vertex refuse to refund me after all.
Really unprofessional and to avoid at all cost, unless you have nerve still and spare money that you don’t need.
Essays Vertex never notify you if your work has finished or updated even after being requested. Does not follow the given guidelines You are unable to contact the writer or be able to discuss anything with the writer. Had to keep chasing after them to complete the 10,000 words which they eventually completed by disregarding all of the samples I gave them. So I basically lost hundreds of pounds for absolutely nothing.
