We’re concerned with how many UK writers they have, seeing as they’re a UK service. Can they offer you the quality you need when most of their writers are located out of the country?

It’s good practice before ordering with any service to check whether they have a privacy policy in place. Essay Mall do list a privacy policy on their page, which goes into some detail about how they use your data. They say they don’t use your data for anything other than processing your order, but do be aware that they can make changes whenever they want to. They’re obliged to inform you, but the changes will still go ahead.

We’ve looked into what their past customers are saying online, to get an idea of what they think. Many customers are unimpressed with the orders they got, as they feel their writer was a non native English speaker. There’s no set pricing structure, as every essay is different. As an example, take a 2:1 level essay that’s 2 pages long, and needs to be delivered within 10 days. With this service, you’ll be looking at paying £31.90 GBP. There’s no discount for first time customers, as other services offer. There’s also no additional services available. This isn’t great, when so many other services can offer this to their customers.

If you need help with your order, there’s a customer service team you can talk to 24/7. They can help if you’re thinking of ordering, or you have an order already in progress. Be aware though, that there have been a lot of complaints about their refund policy. It seems that it is much stricter than advertised online, leaving some students without the money they thought they’d get back.
