From what we saw, the work wasn’t as good as we hoped. The main issue was with citations. As a student, you know just how important these are. However, the citations in these pieces were often missing, or implemented poorly. If you get work back using the wrong citation method or with incomplete citations, you’re not getting your money’s worth.
