At time of writing, there are just under 75 writers working for The Uni Tutor. Of that number, 15 are from the UK. 20 have Masters Degrees, and 4 have PhDs. Of that small number, we find it hard to believe that all of them are as highly educated as they claim. This is especially true when so few have Masters and PhDs. What are the rest of the writers’ qualifications?

On checking, we found that The Uni Tutor list their physical address on the bottom of their landing page. This is important, as it shows they’re trustworthy. Sites that aren’t as trustworthy won’t list their actual location, and so you can’t be sure that they won’t just take your money and run.

Quality
The most important thing for many students is the quality of the papers. Are they up to the task? We ordered several to find out. What we found wasn’t encouraging. It was clear that several essays had been written by ESL writers, at least in part. A couple more were clearly resold onto us from other students. This is not the quality of writing we were expecting.

An average essay is a 2:1 level, undergraduate, 2 page essay, delivered within 10 days. If you order that from The Uni Tutor, you can expect to pay £86 GBP. There are no discounts available at time of writing, or additional services on offer. That price is very high compared to other writing services out there. With the quality of writing you’re getting, it hardly seems worth using them. You can certainly get a cheaper essay elsewhere.

Customer service
If you need to get in touch with the customer service team, there’ plenty of ways to do so. You can send an email, message them on their site, or call the toll free number. They’ll talk with you if you’re thinking of ordering, or you already have an order in progress. We found, though, that the actual service we got was quite slow. It could take a while to get an answer back. This isn’t good if you’re in a hurry, as of course most students are. If you need a speedy reply, The Uni Tutor aren’t going to be for you.

SCAM ALERT ! The company do not exist, the phone number are not working, they only take your money and you will never receive anything from them or a refund. Be careful they use PayPal to attract consumers but they are 100% scam. All the comments that you read online are fake and made by them, they will never send you any documents / work because this “compagny” doesn’t even exist. STAY AWAY !!!!!
It is so right. I ordered a law essay. They just take the money. And threat the customer to leak the information to the university. Never use the service. They said first time that the information, name and uni, is needed and everything is safe; and they follow the UK laws. They threat with your information when they need. The firm which should have not existed.
The worst place ever to get an essay. DO NOT USE THEM. the writers are average and bit and miss. They’re customer service is appalling. All my assignments were late, when I asked for a refund I got no response. When I asked for my assignment. A week after the deadline I still was not getting a response. I made a claim on Paypal and received a ridiculous amount of threats. They threatened to tell my university and get me kicked out. It was just funny how quickly they replied once I made that claim. I was bullied into closing the claim but am still seeking other routes to get my money back. Terrible terrible place. The people you talk to are so rude and unapologetic on top of it.

These people too £300 of me last week, delivered half the words 4 day late and refuse to give me back my money. They called of withheld numbers and an angry Australian man threatened to report me to mu University and professional governing body.
I have had to report them to my bank, action on fraud and ell the logos they hold as advertising on their site. They threatened me academically, professionally and personally.
I wish someone had warned me about these violent crooks
