When you’re finding it hard to keep up with your studies, services like Educrust.co.uk look fantastic. Are they able to help you get on top of your work load? This review has the answers.

Writers

Every writing service online will have a team of writers, ready and willing to work with you on your assignment. Who are they at Educrust, and what are they like? At the time of writing, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 10 of whom are from the UK. There are 17 writers with Masters degrees, and 7 with PhDs. That’s not a lot of writers to have on staff, and even less to have with higher level degrees. You’d think there would be more for you to choose from.

No matter who you’re ordering with, you need to be sure that you can trust them with your data. Are they trustworthy? Can you be sure they won’t be selling on your data to third parties? Usually, you’ll find a privacy policy on the company’s website, but here we couldn’t find anything. There are no trust signals either, so you may be taking a large risk ordering with them.

Quality

You’ve got to know if Educrust can write you a good essay, no matter when you turn to them for one. Are they able to put out good writing, every time? We’ve been looking at essays from them, as well as reviews left by their past customers, to find out.
It turns out that many essays are delivered to customers without being checked over first. This is especially clear when there are spelling and grammatical errors left in the text. This is possibly due to the small amount of writers on the team, meaning they don’t have a lot of time to write these essays. Either way, it isn’t ideal.

When you’re shopping around for a writing company, you’ll often be able to get a quote before you get in touch with them. However, this isn’t the case here. To get a price, you’re going to have to send over your data. It’s not ideal if you’re just looking for an idea of how much you’ll pay. There is a discount of 20% if you’re a new customer. Be aware though, there are no additional services on offer.

Customer service

As with most writing services, there’s a customer service team on hand to help when you need them. They’re available 24/7, so you should be able to get help whenever you need it. To staff it all around the clock though, the company have hired staff from non-native English speaking countries. This can make it harder if you’re trying to get help.

Conclusion

We weren’t impressed with what we saw from Educrust. The writing quality isn’t great, they’ve only got a small team of writers, and the customer support team are difficult to communicate with thanks to language barriers. You’ll be better check best essay writing services in the UK for help.
