Whichever service you use, you need the writers to be the best for the job. Who’s writing at this service? There are currently just under 50 writers on the staff, 4 of whom are from the UK. There are 12 writers with Masters degrees and 4 with PhDs. When they say they’ll handle higher level writing jobs like dissertations, you would hope there are more writers with higher level degrees, but that doesn’t seem to be the case here.

You need to be sure that you can trust this service to be private and confidential. The best way to check is to look for trust signals on the website, such as a physical address. However, there’s nothing like this on the site, which is concerning. There’s no privacy policy either, meaning that you don’t know what they’re going to do with your data once they have it.

What we saw wasn’t encouraging. In many cases, there were issues with basic essay writing staples, such as citations. Often, the wrong citation style was used, or citations were incomplete. Citations are so vital to your essay and final grade, you want to ensure that your writing service can get them right. That doesn’t seem to be the case here.

Agree with all the above negative comments! I have been fallen in their trap! I requested a refund due to their writers being very unresponsive and not to standard (as promised) but apparently their business company can not refund any amount less than 1000 so I have to pay them another couple of hundreds to make it up to 1000 they they’ll refund me the whole amount!!! Have never ever herd of such a lie!! NEVER TRUST THOSE IDIOTS!!

Never ever trust those people, many reasons:
– not native English writers
– after your money ONLY YOUR MONEY
– bad customer service
This people are very dangerous and they can take your money (thousands) and never deliver the service they promised.
I have contacted ombudsman services and they will take all measures to stop them from carrying their services in the U.K. unfortunately they can enter the U.K. market with another identity which ya a shame. However, it is recommended to investigate before you buy a service specially from people outside of your country.

I would like to add another issue about this service provider.
I contacted them to find out how it works and since then I receive call even late at night. Another strange thing is that they write to you with a private email address and not with a professional one. I perceive it as a scam. My opinion.
Extremly poor services provided by Disertation Learning. Work was not sent on time and delayed several times. Customer services is awfull. The work itself is extremly poor and they do not give your money back. Very unreliable
