So, who are the writers that work for Papers Owl? At time of writing, there are just under 100 writers currently on their staff, 16 of whom are from the UK. 40 haves Masters Degrees, and 10 have PhDs. With so many writers on their staff, it’s a concern that so few are from the UK. If you need a native speaker to write your essay, you could be left waiting for a while.

If you check out Papers Owl’s contacts, you’ll see that there is a physical address listed for them. This is important, as it shows they’re an official company. Because of this, you know that you’ll get the service that you pay for. Many services that are less salubrious will leave their address off their website, so it’s always worth checking when you’re considering a service for your essays.

Quality
Now, you need to know whether the essays are worth ordering. After all, your grades are depending on it. We ordered some test papers, to see what they could send us. The results were not good. We found that a good proportion of the essays we were sent were re-sales. The ones that were original essays were poorly written, there was no way they could have been handed in to a university.

Prices will always vary depending on what you’re ordering. As a guide though, we’ll give you the price of an average essay. We ordered a 2:1 level undergraduate essay, 2 pages long, to be delivered within 10 days. We paid £36.46 GBP. There are no discounts available, but you can buy additional services. These include a 1 page abstract for £18.23, VIP support for £10.52, and progressive delivery for £7.28.
These prices are about even with other writing services that are out there. However, you just aren’t getting the quality that others can provide.

There are plenty of ways to get in touch with the customer service team if you need to. There’s a live chat function, messaging through the website, or an email to contact. However, getting messages back can take longer than you’d think. We tested them with questions about our essays, and it took hours in some cases to get an answer. When you’re up against a deadline, you don’t have the time to be waiting.
