We found that they’re happy to help, whether you’re thinking about ordering, or you have an order in progress. However, they weren’t on top of getting you the information you need. You could be waiting hours or even days for someone to get back to you on an important question.
We also discovered that their refund policy is stricter than advertised. You can get your money back if you’re not happy with your paper, but it will take some work.

The work was so bad I thought I would get my money back no questions especially since I took the time to highlight all the errors and what was lacking.
I was surprised when the person (manager) told me they needed 14 days to investigate. I asked him what was he investigating since you can easily tell the poor quality work by just reading the first paragraph.
He insisted it’s their policy.
I really thought I would get my money back given how poor the work was.
Alas, he came back saying it was not flawed and the factual errors were not enough to warrant a refund!!!!

They are the absolute worst!!!! Ripped off twice recently. After the first time I went back thinking it was a one off, but totally crap work.
The writer even made factual errors with the information that was given. Flawed arguments that made no sense.
And NO MONEY BACK! That’s a total of about £400.

There are a number of points that students using this essay site need to be aware of
(1) All calls are recorded – this means that if a student later complains they have proof that you have bought an essay off them.
(2) If you get a mark below what you paid for you will not get your money back if you gave in the essay that you bought – of course this means that you never get your money back because if you write your own essay they will say that you let important issues out of it.
(3) The essay site is not student friendly and all they care about is making money as quickly as possible.
(4) A lot of their writers are foreign and as such not okay with UK courses thus the very low mark that a lot of students get.
(5) A number of students have been called in to question with the research in essays because writers in this site use the same research time and time again

This essay site is very expensive and also the marks that they promise that they will get is often very lower than you pay for.I have known students to be called in for plagiarism on the basis of footnotes and research.
