Writers
Great Paper says that all of their writers are highly trained. Right now, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 9 of whom are from the UK. 12 have Masters Degrees, and 3 have PhDs. That’s not an awful lot of writers to have on your staff. When exams and assignments are due, there’s going to be a backlog. Can you afford to wait for a writer to become free for you?

If you take a look at the contacts page, there’s a map that leads you right to the Great Paper offices. This is important, as it shows that they are a legitimate company. There’s plenty of writing services out there that wouldn’t list it, and so may not be trusted to deliver the service you paid for.

Quality
The quality of the writing is essential to any writing service. To test Great Papers’ writers, we ordered several test papers to see what they could do. What we saw wasn’t encouraging at all. Several of the papers contained at least one section that was plagiarised from elsewhere. When universities are so hot on catching plagiarism these days, you just can’t risk handing in one of their papers. Your grades just aren’t worth gambling with, after all.

If you order a 2:1, 2 page undergraduate level essay, to be delivered within 10 days, you can expect to pay £22 GBP with Great Paper. There are no discounts available, but there are some additional services you can buy. These include a top writer for an extra 25%, a professional for 30% extra, and editors service for an extra 30%. You can also have a 1 page summary for £20, a Turnitin report for £14, and you can order writer’s samples for £5.
This price looks cheap, but remember that you get what you pay for. For only a little bit more, you can a much better essay elsewhere.

Customer service
We decided to test the customer service by trying to get a refund on our papers. They offer a 100% money guarantee if you’re not satisfied, so we wanted to see if they’d honour it. As it turns out, their policy is a lot stricter than they advertise it to be. We did get our money back, but it took a lot of work.
