At time of writing, there are just under 50 writers on staff, 10 of which are from the UK. 11 have Masters Degrees, and 3 have PhDs. This is quite a small staff for a writing service. When it comes to exam time, you could be waiting for a long time for a writer to become available for you.

We checked the Darwin Essay website out to see if they listed their physical location. As far as we can see, there’s no address listed at all. Why is this a problem? It’s because legit companies will list them. Those that aren’t as trustworthy won’t do it. If they won’t list their address, there’s no way to know that you’ll actually get the service you paid for.

Now for possibly the most important part: the quality of the writing. We ordered several essays, so we could get a feel for what they can deliver to you. When we got the essays, we were disappointed. The quality was universally bad, and it was clear several of them had been written in a rush. What was worse, several had actually been plagiarised, at least in part.

As it turns out, there’s a lot of small print you’re not made aware of before you buy .That means that you have to really fight to get that money back. We weren’t impressed with the level of customer service on offer.
